Job summary

Axiom seeks an in-house Contracts professional to draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of commercial agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, work orders, and change orders.

The role partners with Legal, Procurement, IT, Commercial, and Supply Chain to support day-to-day contracting needs across IT licenses, SaaS subscriptions, event agreements, and MTAs. This position requires meticulous drafting and strong negotiation skills to mitigate risk while enabling business growth.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of commercial agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, work orders, and change orders.
• Support a wide range of business functions by handling diverse contract types, including IT licenses, SaaS subscriptions, event agreements, and MTAs.
• Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Procurement, IT, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams to support day-to-day contracting needs.
