Job summary

ATTN: is seeking a Manager of Business and Legal Affairs to support end-to-end workflows across high-volume commercial, editorial, and branded campaigns. The role starts under attorney oversight with growing autonomy in contract types and decision points as trust is established.

You will lead triage, negotiate standard agreements, advise on brand partnerships, and conduct clearance reviews across IP, rights, defamation, and union rules to ensure compliant distribution.

Qualifications

• Experience in entertainment law or media business environments.
• Proven ability to draft and negotiate production-related agreements and marketing contracts.
• Familiarity with FTC guidelines and brand partnership issues is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first triage point for business and legal requests across production, business and creative teams.
• Draft and negotiate standard production agreements (talent, location, rentals) and various contracts including SOWs, IOs, addenda, NDAs.
• Advise teams on marketing legal issues and clearance across multi-platform content.
