Job summary

Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago seeks a management-level Contract Services leader to review, draft, and negotiate high-risk contracts for the hospital and affiliates. You will supervise two Associates, ensuring workload balance, quality, and regulatory compliance.

You will partner with Legal Services and key stakeholders to implement contracting strategy and drive process improvements in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Paralegal certification or similar preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in contract review, drafting, negotiation and management, ideally IT/healthcare.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Proficiency with contract management systems and e-signature software.
• Strong ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple projects with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, negotiate, and execute complex high-risk contracts.
• Oversee two Associates, Contract Services, including workload and quality management.
• Collaborate with Legal Services leadership and stakeholders on contract strategy and approvals.
• Identify inefficiencies and drive improvements in contract lifecycle processes.
