Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of in-house recruiting experience, strong consultative communication, and proficiency with ATS tools to sustain a robust talent pipeline across diverse specialties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in professional services or client-facing environments.
• Experience hiring consultants, project managers, technology/healthcare professionals.
• In-house/corporate recruiting experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with an ATS (iCIMS is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Manage a full-cycle recruiting workload of approximately 20 open positions at a time.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
• Source, screen, interview, and manage candidates through the hiring process.
• Build strong relationships with business leaders, providing market insight and recruiting guidance while knowing when to challenge hiring decisions and when to influence outcomes.
• Utilize an ATS to manage candidates and maintain accurate recruiting data.
• Maintain a proactive pipeline of qualified talent for current and future hiring needs.
