Job summary

Americhem is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Concord, NC. You will manage full-cycle recruiting across engineering, manufacturing, and professional roles, while partnering with hiring managers to understand needs and build strong candidate pipelines.

You will conduct screens, provide clear assessments, advise on market conditions and compensation, and ensure a positive candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and HR leaders.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, engineering, and leadership roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR partners to define candidate profiles and strategies.
• Build strong talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Conduct candidate screens and provide assessments to hiring managers.
• Advise hiring leaders on candidate availability, market conditions, and compensation.
• Maintain open communication with candidates and teams throughout the process.
• Manage multiple searches and prioritize based on business needs.
• Utilize recruiting data to evaluate progress and adjust strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information in the ATS.
