Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; relevant experience considered in lieu of degree.
• 5–10 years procurement/contract management experience.
• Pharmaceutical/FDA-regulated environment preferred.
• SAP experience and ERP familiarity required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities per authority and financial rules.
• Generate RFQ documentation for capital projects.
• Lead competitive bidding with strategic vendors.
• Prepare bid tabs and vendor evaluations.
• Negotiate final price, terms, warranties with vendors.
• Coordinate legal terms with Jubilant legal team.
• Create internal contract documents and obtain signatures.
• Oversee site invoicing and project procurement.
• Liaise with technical, finance, subcontractors, legal, and clients.
