Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in contract management.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or FDA‑regulated industry.
• CDMO/CMO experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the contract lifecycle for assigned commercial accounts.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Coordinate cross‑functional reviews with Legal, Finance, Quality.

Skills

Contract drafting and negotiation

Understanding of MSAs, SOWs

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Experience in pharmaceutical industry

Education

Bachelor’s degree in legal studies, Finance, Supply Chain
