Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in finance, accounting, business administration, legal studies, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of contract management and negotiation experience in heavy industrial environments.
• Experience negotiating MSAs, SOWs, service contracts, and amendments.
• Strong understanding of commercial contracting, risk allocation, and insurance requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete contract lifecycle: drafting, reviewing, negotiating, executing, and administering contracts.
• Lead contract negotiations with customers balancing business needs and risk.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Legal, and Risk Management to support profitability.
• Analyze requirements and communicate pricing, billing, and insurance terms to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate contractual, operational, and financial risks with leadership and counsel.
• Serve as primary contact for contract interpretation and related issues.
• Coordinate reviews and approvals with Legal for timely execution.
• Support pricing development and commercial strategy for customer agreements.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and customer requirements.
• Administer contract templates, renewals, amendments, and electronic records.
