Qualifications

• Experience drafting, reviewing, redlining, negotiating, and executing various commercial agreements.
• Identify contractual risks and propose mitigation while adhering to policies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to present to senior leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with CLM tools and document management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority contracts in fast-paced environments.
• Drive process improvements and contracting efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract lifecycle activities including renewals, amendments, expirations, and repository maintenance.
• Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Sales, Finance, and Business stakeholders to drive timely contract closure.
• Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, governance requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Track and report contract performance metrics, SLA compliance, and key milestones.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on contract management best practices.
