Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced contract manager in Bellevue, WA to own the full supplier contract lifecycle, including SOW drafting and approvals. You will collaborate with procurement, program teams, and vendors to onboard suppliers and ensure go-to-market readiness, while coordinating with legal/compliance and maintaining documentation.

The role supports PST hours with a hybrid work model, requiring occasional in-office presence at the Microsoft campus and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent.
• Experience with supplier/vendor contracts and SOWs is required.
• Familiarity with Icertis and CELA (legal) workflows preferred.
• PST support; Seattle locals preferred – hybrid with MSFT office once a week.

Responsibilities

• Own end to end supplier contract lifecycle management, including SOW creation, review, and execution for downstream vendors/suppliers.
• Partner with procurement, program teams, and suppliers to onboard vendors and enable go to market readiness.
• Drive SOW drafting and approvals, including coordination with legal/compliance stakeholders.
• Manage contract workflows in Icertis (preferred), ensuring accuracy and on-time execution.
• Support vendor onboarding and setup within Microsoft systems prior to engagement.
• Ensure status tracking, prioritization, and timely closure of contract deliverables.
• Act as the single point of contact for supplier contract queries across business, legal, and operations.
• Maintain contract documentation, governance, and audit readiness across the lifecycle.
