Job summary

Digital Realty is seeking a Contract Manager to support end-to-end contract lifecycle management across North America. The role reports to the NAM Contract Management Leader within Legal, Risk, Sustainability, and Compliance.

You will drive process optimization, governance, data integrity, and CLM enhancements, partnering with Legal, Sales, Finance, and Operations to enable timely deal execution. Responsibilities include reviewing and managing commercial agreements, ensuring policy compliance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years in contract management or related field.
• Strong understanding of contract law and CLM practices.
• Experience handling high-volume workloads in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with contract negotiation and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead review, execution, administration, and management of commercial agreements (MSAs, SOs, amendments, novations, etc.).
• Ensure contracts comply with policies, legal requirements, risk standards, and governance expectations.
• Escalate complex or high-risk matters and identify mitigation strategies.
• Maintain accurate contract records, data integrity, and confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Support contract audits, obligation tracking, reporting, and compliance initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement of contract management processes, workflows, controls, and automation.
