Job summary

Digital Realty seeks a Contract Manager to support end‑to‑end contract lifecycle across North America, reporting to the NAM Leader within Legal, Risk, Sustainability, and Compliance. This role leads contract review, negotiation, governance, and data integrity while partnering with Legal, Sales, Finance, and Operations to enable timely deal execution.

You will drive CLM enhancements, develop dashboards and reports, and champion process improvements and risk mitigation across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, or related field.
• 8+ years in contract management, legal operations, or related discipline.
• Understanding of contract law, CLM practices, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead review, execution, administration and management of commercial agreements including MSAs and service orders.
• Ensure contracts comply with policies, legal requirements, risk tolerance and governance.
• Escalate complex or high‑risk matters and identify mitigation strategies.
• Maintain accurate contract records, data integrity, and confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Support contract audits, obligation tracking, reporting and compliance initiatives.
• Drive process improvements, workflows, controls, automation and best practices.
• Generate dashboards and reports providing contract insights for decisions.
• Serve as primary resource for CLM questions, templates, data validation and access management.
• Collaborate with Legal, Sales, Finance and Operations to support deal structuring and execution.
• Support CLM optimization, AI‑driven data enhancements, scalability, onboarding and training.
