The role involves maintaining a centralized repository, ensuring accuracy, and tracking renewals and key dates. Collaboration with internal teams and outside counsel is essential for compliant, efficient contracting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business/legal field.
• 3+ years in contract administration or related roles.
• Experience managing end-to-end contract lifecycle processes.
• Knowledge of confidentiality, indemnification, insurance, and dispute resolution terms.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full contract lifecycle from intake to archiving.
• Maintain centralized contract repository with version control and retention.
• Monitor renewals, expirations, and key obligations.
• Coordinate execution via electronic signatures and maintain records.
• Support negotiations with customers, suppliers, and partners to ensure risk alignment.
• Elevate legal/commercial risks to Senior Counsel as appropriate.
• Develop and maintain standard contract templates and libraries.
• Improve contract intake, approval, review, and execution workflows.
