Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of contract administration experience.
• Bachelor's or associate degree in CM/BA/PM or related field.
• Understanding of construction contracts, change orders, and contract compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of prime contracts, subcontracts, and service contracts.
• Coordinate project kickoff and contract handoff meetings; ensure key obligations are understood across teams.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks; monitor compliance with insurance, bonding, licensing, safety, quality, and customer obligations.
• Serve as the administrative liaison across Operations, Project Management, Estimating, Accounting, Procurement, Engineering, Legal, and Leadership.
