DHL eCommerce is seeking a Contract and Bid Management Analyst to support management, maintenance, reporting and compliance of all standard and non-standard customer contacts. You will drive customer engagements and cross-divisional RFIs, RFPs and RFQs, while assisting with customer profile databases and related initiatives.

The role collaborates with legal and other departments to review terms, support renewals and amendments, and ensure adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field required.
• Legal or paralegal training preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in roles with attention to detail in legal, HR, project management or procurement.
• Experience in contract development, contract standards and language.

Responsibilities

• Maintain centralized contract databases and report on key contract items.
• Identify process improvements to optimize contract and bid management.
• Assist in contract preparation and quote development.
• Manage customer profile databases and analyses.
• Monitor non-standard contract terms and align with legal when needed.
• Assist with RFI, RFP, RFQ responses and approvals.
• Support contract renewals and amendments.
• Ensure signature guidelines are followed and documents are managed.
• Develop and enforce best practices for non-standard processes.
