Job summary

Kelly Services Inc. is seeking a Contingent Workforce Staffing Consultant in Austin to partner with hiring managers, source talent across multiple roles, and drive fulfillment using procurement technology.

This onsite role requires strong workforce management experience and the ability to manage client relationships. You will analyze data, monitor requisitions, negotiate bill rates, coordinate interviews, and support timecard and invoicing processes while maintaining focus on market benchmarks

Qualifications

• Staffing industry background or equivalent.
• Strong multitasking, attention to detail and excellent communication.
• Technical proficiency (MS Office, internet, VMS tools).
• Proven ability to develop strategic client and employee relationships.
• Experience with data entry, analytics and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Staffing support for a variety of positions with consultative approach.
• Consultation calls with hiring managers to assess needs and determine sourcing strategies.
• Use procurement technologies to fulfill roles and move requisitions through client processes.
• Report and analyze Talent Community data and KPI/SLA metrics for leadership.
• Monitor requisition progress and follow up.
• Screen resumes using assessment techniques to shortlist best matches.
• Support timecard and expense processes, invoicing, and corrections.
• Tour candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Negotiate bill rates aligned with current market rates.
• Maintain discipline of execution and manage competing priorities with urgency.
