Qualifications

• 2+ years of client services, staffing, or program management experience with vendor management tools (Fieldglass, IQN, Beeline).
• Strong understanding of supply chain or workforce solutions principles and trends.
• Experience managing relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Effective communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficient with MS Office (Excel, Teams, Outlook).
• Project management capability and willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily talent supply chain activities for assigned client locations, including intake, job posting, resume review, and ongoing workforce operations.
• Analyze Talent Community and Team Performance data; present VMS statistics to leadership and support continuous improvement.
• Administer VMS and related talent technologies, including updates and user support.
• Coordinate with the PMO to identify efficiency opportunities and support cross-team coordination.
• Support sales and implementation by collecting business data and preparing client-ready presentations.
• Conduct audits to ensure onboarding accuracy, billing for placed talent, and proper resource allocation.
• Build and nurture relationships with client stakeholders, hiring managers, and internal teams through site visits and regular communication.
• Maintain willingness to relocate to Quad Cities area and travel to client sites as needed.
