Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Contingent Workforce Staffing Consultant to guide MSP delivery for hiring managers across the United States. You will master procurement tools and lead a small remote team, coordinating requisitions, interviews, and supplier relationships.

You’ll monitor KPI/SLA performance, drive continuous improvement, and align staffing solutions with client needs. Travel 4–6 times per year is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have recruitment background or equivalent.
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Experience with MSP/KPI/SLA reporting and client consultation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small team of 2 TSCCs working remotely; oversee training and workload alignment.
• Conduct consultative calls with hiring managers to determine sourcing strategies.
• Coordinate interviews and schedule with clients; negotiate bill rates.
• Ensure KPI/SLA objectives and cost containment through data-driven insights.
• Develop strong client and supplier relationships and resolve operational issues.
