Equiliem in Miami, FL is seeking a Project Manager - Content Strategy & Programming to coordinate content acquisition, distribution relationships, asset delivery, and program scheduling. The role acts as a liaison between external distributors and internal teams to ensure titles, agreements, assets, and schedules are accurate and on time.

Ideal candidates are highly organized with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced media environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in PM, content operations, or related field.
• Experience in media/entertainment preferred.
• Familiarity with content acquisition, licensing, programming, or distribution.
• Experience coordinating with external vendors or distributors.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficient with MS Office or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with external content distributors.
• Assist with evaluating content titles for acquisition based on priorities.
• Assist with negotiating deal terms and coordinating acquisition activities.
• Review content agreements with Business Affairs and Legal Affairs for timely execution.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure assets and materials are delivered on schedule.
• Coordinate title scheduling across internal programming systems.
• Maintain accurate title information, schedules, agreements, and tracking docs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep activities on schedule.
• Identify and escalate issues related to agreements, asset delivery, or scheduling.
• Manage multiple title and project workflows with high accuracy.
• Support additional content strategy and programming tasks as assigned.
