You will work with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Excel, analyze complex datasets, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize content offerings and market strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, or related field; 2 years in BI/analytical role.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel.
• Fluent bilingual, English and Spanish (read and write).

Responsibilities

• Design and manage workflows and internal tracking for content hours with accurate metadata and timelines.
• Develop and monitor KPIs using BI tools and create dashboards to assess content performance and market opportunities.
• Lead engagement with content partners, manage strategic relationships, and support reporting, revenues, and business model negotiations.
• Analyze data from internal and external sources to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Gather competitor data and monitor industry statistics to guide business strategy and acquisition considerations.
• Analyze usage metrics and behavior to inform deal decisions and optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Operations on cross‑functional initiatives and acquisition goals.
• Provide operational and analytical support blending data outputs to communicate performance and revenue.
