Job summary

TelevisaUnivision in Miami is seeking a data-driven BI Analyst to empower content strategy through analytics. You will design workflows, track KPIs, and partner with content and strategy teams to optimize performance and revenue.

You’ll leverage Power BI, Tableau, and Excel to build dashboards, monitor market trends, and translate data into actionable recommendations for content deals and operations. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, or related field.
2+ years’ experience in Spanish language cable, broadcast or streaming platforms.
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel.
Experience managing complex datasets across multiple geographies.
Fluent bilingual, English and Spanish (read and write).
This role is based in the Miami office.

Responsibilities

Design and manage efficient workflows and internal tracking systems for content hours, ensuring metadata accuracy, availability windows, and timelines.
Design and track KPIs using BI tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and dashboards to assess and improve content performance and identify market opportunities.
Lead communication with content partners and manage strategic commercial relationships, focusing on reporting, revenues, and negotiations.
Analyze data from internal and external sources to maximize business understanding and customer satisfaction.
Monitor competitors and industry stats to guide business strategy and identify acquisition opportunities.
