American Nurses Enterprise (ANE) seeks a Content Manager to shape the voice across websites, emails, speeches, social media, and executive communications. You will craft high-impact editorial content, curate nurse stories, and partner with senior leaders to develop sensitive materials for policy and advocacy contexts.

You will manage editorial calendars, maintain executive communications, and ensure consistent brand voice.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
• 5–7 years in content development, communications, journalism, or related fields.
• Experience supporting senior executives with communications, presentations, and speechwriting.
• Experience handling highly confidential and sensitive information.
• Understanding of public policy issues, preferably in health care or nursing.
• Ability to synthesize complex topics into clear content.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Willingness to be on standby after hours or weekends for critical content activities.
• Nursing background preferred.

• Write and edit original content for digital platforms, emails, speeches, and more, ensuring clarity and brand alignment.
• Develop executive-level communications including speeches and internal/external messages.
• Maintain editorial calendars aligned with initiatives and policy priorities.

• Stay updated on health policy and workforce issues affecting nurses.
• Translate policy topics into audience-friendly content.
• Serve as point of contact for executive office for confidential content development.
• Handle highly sensitive information in content creation.
