Job summary

The American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) is seeking a Content Manager to shape the voice of the ANE enterprise. You will create and manage high-impact editorial content across websites, emails, speeches, social media, and executive communications.

The role requires exceptional writing and editing skills, ability to translate health policy and workforce trends into engaging content, and collaboration with senior leaders to support communications and advocacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
• 5–7 years of content development and communications experience.
• Experience supporting senior executives with speeches and communications.
• Familiarity with health policy and nursing workforce issues.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit original content for digital platforms, emails, and publications.
• Develop executive-level communications including speeches, letters, and messages.
• Maintain an editorial calendar aligned with initiatives and policy priorities.
• Identify and elevate nurse and stakeholder stories to support the Enterprise brand.
• Translate policy topics into accessible, audience-focused content.
