Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7–10 years in content strategy or related communications role.
• Strong writing ability with editorial judgment; able to guide content through AI-assisted drafting.
• Experience using AI tools for research, editing, and ideation while maintaining brand and compliance.
• Willingness to adapt as new technologies and methods evolve.
• Keen eye for video/visual content and collaboration with creative partners.
• Ability to manage complex governance and stakeholder reviews.

Responsibilities

• Own the advisor career content program end to end: strategy, topics, formats, and cadence.
• Produce and oversee high volume written and video content; ensure quality and compliance.
• Shape accurate, balanced narratives about the advisor career across channels.
• Equip field with go-to-market materials: emails, social posts, flyers, and more.
• Nurture candidates through the hiring funnel from initial contact to interviews.
• Build a newsletter program for advisor career candidates from concept to performance review.
• Manage content across Drupal CMS and iCIMS publishing platforms.
• Collaborate with SMEs, compliance, proofreaders, and creative partners to maintain governance.
• Provide creative direction for visuals and video, without hands-on editing.
• Track content performance and grow reach, engagement, and impact.
