Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Digital Media, Journalism, or related field.
• Eight+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience in communications, marketing, PR, or related field, including integrated campaigns.
• Three+ years of direct supervisory experience managing communications, creative, or digital media professionals.
• Experience leading integrated communications campaigns, editorial initiatives, or organizational communications projects supporting institutional goals.
• Experience managing complex communications projects with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and firm deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of integrated communications strategies by translating priorities into coordinated plans, calendars, messaging frameworks, and campaigns.
• Provide editorial leadership and creative direction to the Social Media & Digital Content Specialist.
• Develop high-level deliverables, including Board presentations, newsletters, campaign messaging, and reports requiring advanced writing and design.
• Oversee planning and execution of institutional communications across newsletters, email, digital engagement, and campaigns.
• Coordinate workflows, reviews, and vendor collaboration to ensure on-time, on-brand delivery.
• Evaluate performance with analytics; present insights to leadership for continuous improvement.
• Research trends in digital platforms and AI-assisted tools to enhance content strategies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
