Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Digital Media, Journalism, or related field.
• At least eight years of progressive leadership experience in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field.
• Three years of direct supervisory experience managing communications, creative, or digital media professionals.
• Experience leading integrated communications campaigns that support institutional goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated communications strategy and editorial calendars.
• Provide editorial leadership to the Social Media & Digital Content Specialist.
• Develop high-level deliverables: Board presentations, newsletters, reports.
• Coordinate campaigns across newsletters, email, digital engagement.
• Evaluate performance using analytics; prepare improvement reports.
• Research trends and AI-assisted tools to improve workflows.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
