Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in logistics and automation.
• Strong understanding of distribution center operations and material handling technologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis and modern analytical tools.
• Excellent communication with customers, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own solution concepts translating customer requirements into scalable designs and recommend the best approach.
• Lead solution development activities including data collection, analysis, and design criteria.
• Partner with customers, Sales, and cross-functional teams to align objectives and build trusted advisor relationships.
• Create professional solution deliverables—reports, layouts, drawings, and analytics.
• Refine solution options, support decision-making, and progress independently while seeking mentorship when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
