Job summary

MGT, formerly Cicero, is a premier management consulting firm focused on implementing data-driven strategies for private, public, and social sector organizations across the globe. An Associate at MGT will engage directly with clients, lead small teams of Analysts, and work with Engagement Managers to guide projects from research to actionable recommendations.

Positions are available in Salt Lake City, Utah or Washington, D.C.

Qualifications

• Advanced graduate degree (MBA, PhD, MPA, etc.) preferred, but not required; undergraduate degree required.
• Excellent academic record and grade point average
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• 3+ years of experience in management/strategy consulting, non-profits, think tanks, startups, financial services, or similar environments

Responsibilities

• Lead small teams of Analysts in research and analysis to define strategic recommendations.
• Guide projects with Engagement Managers across areas such as Organization Transformation, Private Equity Due Diligence, and Market Research.
• Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and implement original, creative solutions.
• Manage diverse internal initiatives with impact.
