We seek an Associate to lead small analyst teams, work with Engagement Managers, and deliver actionable client solutions across multiple projects. Responsibilities include guiding projects such as Organization Transformation, Private Equity Due Diligence, and Market Research, while collaborating

Qualifications

• Advanced graduate degree (MBA, PhD, MPA, etc.) preferred, but not required; undergraduate degree required
• Excellent academic record and GPA
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• 3+ years of experience in management/strategy consulting, non-profits, think tanks, startups, financial services, or similar environments
• Ability to communicate complex ideas in English, verbally and in writing
