Bank of China in New York is seeking an Associate to coordinate full-cycle consultant management, including sourcing, onboarding and vendor relations. The role supports policy implementation and governance across the department.

You will develop dashboards, monitor budgets and ensure compliance with internal policies. Strong communication and bilingual Mandarin abilities are highly valued.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Data analytics capability is highly preferred.

Mansioni

• Coordinate full-cycle consultant management, including sourcing, onboarding and vendor management.
• Develop dashboards and reports on consultant pipeline, vendor performance and workforce trends.
• Monitor budgets, conduct market research and present reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with staffing agencies, conduct interviews and assist with contracts.
• Maintain accurate consultant records and oversee renewals or terminations.
• Lead offboarding and coordinate with Employee Relations when applicable.
