Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full‑cycle consultant management including sourcing, onboarding, and contract administration.
• Develop dashboards and reports on consultant pipeline, vendor performance, and workforce trends.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders and staffing agencies.
• Ensure compliance with policies and risk management within the Bank’s framework.
• Conduct market research on contractor trends and vendor performance.
• Lead periodic vendor reviews and support audits as needed.
