Location: Madison, WI / Environment Solutions / Full Time Exempt / Remote

Join Foth Environment Solutions as a Strategic Consultant - Sediment Remediation. We are seeking a team-focused, innovative, and results-oriented professional to develop client relationships and lead sediment remediation projects. This role offers remote work from your home office in the Midwest or from our offices in Chicago, IL; Milwaukee, WI; Green Bay, WI; Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN; or Madison, WI.

Primary Responsibilities

• Leverage existing relationships and develop new business opportunities in targeted markets.
• Participate in proposal and presentation development.
• Maintain long-term client relationships and interface to ensure satisfaction.
• Develop pricing strategies and address client risks and stakeholder concerns.
• Collaborate with project management and clients to ensure project success.
• Engage in regulatory negotiations and stakeholder advocacy.
• Contribute to strategic planning and market trend analysis.
• Function as a project manager or apply technical knowledge as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in environmental services related to legacy liabilities.
• Ability to travel domestically at least 25% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in engineering consulting, upland, or sediment remediation projects.
• Technical leadership or project management experience on complex remediation projects.
• Proven client development and retention skills.
• Experience with design/build project opportunities.
• Registered professional in relevant field.
