Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent and 2+ years recruiting experience.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
• Sources, screens, and engages candidates through networking, referrals, proactive sourcing, and direct outreach.
• Collaborates with department managers to identify hiring needs.
• Implements effective recruiting methods based on role and industry standards.
• Assists with job postings, interviews, and candidate travel coordination.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
• Travels to company offices and project sites as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
