Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of recruiting experience, construction recruiting essential.
• Experience in staffing agency and in-house recruiting environments.
• Ability to source, attract, and hire top candidates across the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Building Candidate Pipelines: source candidates and maintain warm relationships with prospective hires.
• Collegiate Recruiting: coordinate sessions, career fairs, intern programs, and campus presence.
• Identifying the Right Fit: attract candidates with a team-first mindset and strong work ethic.
• Networking: attend industry events to stay informed on market trends and expand connections.
• Communication: engage internal and external stakeholders professionally with creativity when appropriate.
