Job summary

Flintco in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for our construction projects. You will post openings, screen and interview candidates, coordinate onboarding, and collaborate with hiring managers to fill roles efficiently.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and at least 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in construction. Proficiency with UKG Recruit and Microsoft Office is required.

• Experience managing all phases of the recruitment cycle.

Responsibilities

• Leads full recruitment cycle from posting to onboarding.
• Writes and places job advertisements and opens requisitions.
• Tracks candidates through ATS and coordinates interviews.
• Maintains relationships with schools and vendors.
• Ensures compliance with recruitment laws and processes.
