Flintco, LLC is seeking an experienced recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment in the construction sector, managing postings, screenings, and onboarding. You will coordinate with hiring managers, maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure compliance with employment law.
The role requires 5+ years in recruitment, a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, and proficiency with UKG Recruit and MS Office. Strong communication and confidentiality are essential.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA): Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategies, and employment law compliance. Skilled in communication, relationship building, and negotiation with candidates and hiring managers. Proficient with applicant tracking systems (UKG Recruit) and Microsoft Office. Able to manage multiple requisitions, maintain confidentiality, and deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field and/or equivalent related experience.
5+ years recruitment experience in the construction industry is preferred. At least 2 years of direct recruiting experience managing all phases of the process.
