Job summary

White Construction is seeking a Scheduling Manager to oversee all scheduling activities for construction projects. You will develop, monitor, audit, and update project schedules, defining milestones and tracking progress to ensure on-time delivery.

You will report to senior leadership and mentor the scheduling team, with monthly status reporting to stakeholders. Proficiency with Oracle Primavera Cloud or Primavera P6 is preferred. This is a full‑time in‑office role based in Houston or Austin.

Qualifications

• Experience managing construction project schedules.
• Proficiency with Oracle Primavera Cloud or Primavera P6.
• Strong reporting and communication skills.
• Ability to work in-office in Houston or Austin.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Management: develop and update construction schedules, define milestones, identify task dependencies, and monitor progress to meet project goals.
• Reporting & Communication: provide timely status updates and reports to stakeholders; conduct schedule review meetings; support monthly project status reporting to senior leadership.
• Risk mitigation: identify schedule risks and develop contingency plans; monitor critical paths to prevent delays.
• Training & Support: train team members on scheduling tools and best practices; maintain scheduling documentation; provide mentorship to improve scheduling proficiency.
