Job summary

Solutions Driven is seeking a detail-oriented Scheduler to develop, maintain, and update fully loaded project schedules for construction and industrial projects in Houston. The role requires strong analytical thinking and communication to keep timelines on track and support successful project execution.

You will manage schedules in Primavera P6, monitor progress, adjust for scope changes, and report on critical paths.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five or more years of scheduling experience within construction or industrial environments.
• Experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar scheduling tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Certifications CST/EVP/PSP are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules.
• Monitor progress and revise schedules for scope, resources, or timeline changes.
• Identify scheduling risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Analyze performance against milestones and provide schedule reporting.
• Support planning to meet established timeframes.
• Communicate schedule updates and critical path impacts to stakeholders.
• Assist with forecasting, resource planning, and project controls.
