Job summary

Brasfield & Gorrie is seeking a Planner/Scheduler in New Orleans, LA to develop detailed project schedules with input from project teams and to manage progress across multiple projects. The role collaborates with preconstruction, PM and field teams as well as subcontractors and owners’ representatives to ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering, at least 3 years of scheduling experience, and familiarity with Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working on scheduling of construction projects.
• PSP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of critical path method of scheduling.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience using Primavera P6 scheduling software preferred.
• Familiarity with claims prevention and analysis techniques strongly preferred.
• Ability to conduct constructability reviews for varying construction method/techniques during design or construction.
