Job summary

CVS Health in the United States seeks a senior project/program manager to lead strategic, high-visibility initiatives within the Product Rules organization. You will direct cross-functional teams, shape roadmaps, and deliver value to matrix partners through multiple channels.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, innovative, and proficient in change management and strategic thinking. 7+ years in PM/Program Mgmt, PMP preferred, and experience with AQC/CPQ is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' work experience in project or program management, product management, operations; IT experience preferred.
• Ability to lead high-visibility initiatives with significant resources.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
