Job summary

Catamount Constructors in Denver seeks a Project Manager to oversee the financial success of building projects. You will partner with Architects, Engineers, and Owners to plan all moving parts, ensure on-budget delivery, and maintain project scope.

The role emphasizes schedule coordination with the Superintendent and proactive communication with subcontractors. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of GC experience, a construction-related bachelor's degree, and strong skills in organisation,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience with a General Contractor preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably within Construction Sciences.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Procore; ability to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong understanding of the contract from the project onset.
• Document project updates and maintain logs; record changes as needed.
• Negotiate purchasing plans and make timely decisions for the project buyout process.
• Support the Superintendent to maintain the project schedule and post monthly schedules.
• Build and maintain relationships with project owner; respond to their needs with urgency.
• Facilitate Owner, Architect, and Contractor meetings; prepare agendas and minutes.
• Submit owner pay applications accurately and on time.
• Maintain open communication with subcontractors; review invoices and change orders.
