Job summary

RLB is seeking a Project Manager in Honolulu to lead project management services and contribute to internal operations. The role involves independent responsibility for entire projects or project portions, with an emphasis on delivering client outcomes and value.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering and 5–10 years’ experience across building types. Excellent communication and financial skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering, related field, or relevant experience.
• 5–10 years’ experience in a variety of building types and construction management through all phases of construction.
• Experience in airport, private new build (high rise), or hospitality construction preferred.
• Excellent communicator both verbally and in writing; strong numeracy and financial management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage client and project team to deliver projects meeting client goals and outcomes.
• Serve as liaison with clients; assist with project-related decisions.
• Plan, organize, and direct PM functions through all project phases – Preconstruction, Construction, Closeout.
• Oversee design management, schedule control, budget development and cost control, and contract administration.
• Manage contractor buyout, procurement, risk management, QA, safety, and overall project execution.
• Produce cost/status reports aligned with client objectives.
