Job summary

LAUKOA is seeking a Project Manager to lead and deliver high-profile construction projects in our Honolulu office. The role spans entry to senior levels, guiding project teams, managing scope, budget, and schedule, and ensuring safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and excellent leadership and communication skills. PMP certification is highly desirable, and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a project manager delivering complex projects.
• PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must possess valid driver's license and be able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with tasks, timelines, resources, and dependencies.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resource plans; monitor progress against KPIs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align objectives and governance.
• Provide regular project reviews and implement corrective actions as needed.
