Job summary

Ethereum Technologies in Salt Lake City, Utah is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects through all phases, from scope review to closeout. You will review specifications and drawings, create subcontractor scopes, and develop detailed budgets and schedules.

You will prepare and issue subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, and payment applications using AIA forms. You’ll ensure rigorous document control, coordinate with clients, subs, vendors and authorities to

Qualifications

• 5+ years PM construction experience.
• Degree in Engineering/Business/Construction Management preferred.
• Knowledge of construction law, contracts, scheduling, purchasing, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Review project specifications and drawings, and create subcontractor scopes.
• Prepare estimates, schedule of values, and quantity take-offs.
• Prepare and manage subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders.
• Prepare GC payment applications using AIA documents.
• Manage document control and distribution.
• Coordinate with clients, management, superintendents, subcontractors, vendors to meet schedule and budget.
• Provide leadership and motivate the project team.
• Update project schedule with supervision.
• Coordinate occupancy requirements with authorities.
