Job summary

Mortenson seeks a Project Manager based in New Mexico to oversee project quality, timeliness, and safety while mentoring the team. This position also requires developing and enhancing customer relationships through excellent service.

The role offers opportunities at both Project Manager Levels 1 and 2, compensating according to experience and location. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s in a relevant field and the ability to travel up to 100%.

Qualifications

• Six years of construction management or related experience for Project Manager 1.
• Seven years of construction management or related experience with large projects for Project Manager 2.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office and project management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall financial health of projects including subcontracts and suppliers.
• Develop and maintain project financial projections and allocate project estimates.
• Lead/Manage Assistant Project Manager(s) and Project Engineer(s), facilitating their career development.
