Build Group seeks an accomplished Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning through completion in the Los Angeles and San Francisco Bay Area. You will drive scope, schedule, budget, and quality while coordinating with diverse teams and stakeholders.

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of construction processes, and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. On-site roles in major metro areas offer growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings and specs.
• Strong leadership, budgeting and resource allocation skills.
• Proficiency with ProCore, Suretrak and Timberline.
• Solid MS Office skills (Outlook, Project, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and quality from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and manage internal and external teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and allocate resources.
• Secure permits, licenses and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Negotiate changes to contracts, schedules and costs.
• Prepare documentation and report on progress, risks and performance.
• Lead the project team and drive collaboration.
