Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Richmond, VA. The role oversees the administrative and technical management of Clark projects and serves as the main point of contact to drive projects forward.

Responsibilities include supervising contract administration, securing permits, leading meetings, and mentoring the project team. A strong engineering/construction background and leadership are essential for success in this hands-on role.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or relevant experience in engineering/construction management.
• Experience managing projects from start to finish is required.
• DBIA and LEED accreditation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, and schedule.
• Secure permits and insurance coverage for subs.
• Lead and coordinate project meetings and supervise project team members.
• Develop monthly job status reports and maintain project records.
• Support proposals and client presentations.
