Job summary

Frederick Fox is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution of complex commercial construction projects. The role oversees budgeting, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor management, documentation, quality control, logistics, and client communication.

The ideal candidate will combine strong project management skills with business judgment, excellent communication, and a customer-focused approach to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Proficient with project controls, budgeting, scheduling, and change orders.
• Ability to read, interpret, and update construction drawings and specs.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and implement project plans to meet schedule, budget, and quality goals.
• Coordinate stakeholders, including clients, architects, and subcontractors.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, pay apps, change orders, and documentation.
• Prepare monthly owner reports and maintain project communications.
• Oversee safety, quality control, and site logistics throughout the lifecycle.
