Job summary

Nox Group in the United States is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex construction programs. You will coordinate with the VP of Operations and field leaders to drive project success from preconstruction through completion and ensure safety, quality, schedule, and profitability.

The role emphasizes mentoring future PMs, maintaining client relationships, and negotiating contracts while aligning with company culture and core values.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in CM or engineering with 5+ years of construction PM experience.
• Experience leading project teams and achieving goals.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple complex projects or large construction programs with accountability.
• Communicate effectively with senior executives and field leaders.
• Ensure project team success, safety, quality, schedule, client satisfaction and profitability.
• Oversee PM responsibilities and ensure proper execution.
• Engage in business development, client relationships, proposals, and negotiations.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, engineers, architects, and trade partners.
• Understand and negotiate prime contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Review cost models, estimates, and construction schedules from preconstruction to closeout.
• Lead smooth transition from preconstruction to construction and mentor PMs.
