Job summary

Turner & Townsend Heery seeks an experienced Estimator to join the Atlanta team, providing estimating, cost planning and conformance check services on major construction projects for a high-profile client. On-site presence is required.

You will perform comprehensive cost estimate preparation, benchmarking, and price analysis, with oversight of bid analyses and change control throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Construction or related equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of significant quantity survey and pricing experience.
• Experience as a lead estimator on large, complex construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide estimate and cost planning for major construction projects.
• Estimate at conceptual, programming and detailed levels.
• Produce and present final cost plans; perform quantity surveys.
